There are often cases when standard solutions do not meet the specific needs of an organization. In such cases, we adapt the program to take into account the unique characteristics of each business. For example, in one construction company, we discovered they had a fleet of vehicles. Our developed ERP system revealed that mobile equipment had a significant impact on cost management. This led us to develop a dedicated fleet management module, which was integrated with the financial, orders, and warehouse modules. The operational history of each vehicle became accessible, allowing the company to better plan maintenance, reduce losses, and make rational decisions about phasing out inefficient vehicles. As a result, our developed programs gained a fleet management module, which we can also implement as a standalone component in another company if necessary.

The adaptation and implementation of software include the following main steps:

1. Gathering client requirements. First and foremost, we listen carefully to the client to understand their business needs. For example, if a sanatorium requires a management system, and we already have interconnected modules for warehouse, financial flow, personnel, customer management, and hotel booking systems, but no solution specifically tailored for a sanatorium, we propose to develop a new sanatorium block based on our existing programs.
2. Data collection and analysis. During the development stage, we describe business processes, collect data, create database tables, and design software solution interfaces, ensuring their integration with each other.
3. Designing the management system or functional module begins after a detailed analysis of the client’s business requirements and processes, taking every detail into account. At this stage, the main tasks and goals are identified, technical requirements are formed, and the functions of the future solution are defined.
4. Next comes the structural design, where data flows, interconnections between key modules, and user interaction schemes are clarified. As a result, an initial system design is created, serving as the foundation for subsequent development stages.
5. Adaptation and automation. The already developed management system or individual module, created based on the client’s requirements and incorporating business processes and functions, is provided to the client for testing. Identified errors are fixed, and the system is finalized and handed over for operation.
